Sandhu Realty and Investments is founded by Paramjit Sandhu. Graduated from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in Ludhiana, India, in 1984, with a background in civil engineering, Mr. Sandhu came to the USA in 1989. Mr. Sandhu arrived at Seattle, Washington State, and worked on a hydroelectric project. Mr. Sandhu moved to Tennessee and then to North Carolina in 1990 to work on hydroelectric and commercial real estate projects. He worked on real estate projects throughout the Eastern USA in the following years. Mr. Sandhu has worked with well known clients including Dolly Patron, Cecil Family of the Biltmore Estate, national franchises (Holiday Inn, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and others), and international clients.
